We’re already getting hyped for winter after watching a few amazing teasers for snowboard films that will be premiering over the next few months. Last winter crews used the bungee to dial up the speed and we can’t wait to see the results on the big screen. In the meantime we thought we’d share some teasers with a little bungee snow action.
Slalom skating makes a comeback! 40 skaters in 4 divisions competed for a title in Seismic U.S. Nationals of slalom Skateboarding competition. Lafayette’s streets are ideal for slalom skating because of the downhill streets with optimum pavement and wide traffic lanes. Riders weave through cones on a downhill course with pre-set gates at speeds up to 30 mph. Winners of the competition received huge cash prizes and not to mention a chance to compete in the Slalom World Championships in Hood River.
